Personal use is welcome
You may use the photos for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, such as a desktop or phone background. Please keep the watermark, and don’t sell the photos or present them as your own.
Sharing
- Links to any page are always welcome, including the preview image that sites show with a link.
- Reposting a photo on your own social media or blog is fine if it is not commercial, the watermark stays, and you credit it as “Photo: Benjamin Strawbridge” with a link to the photo’s page on benstraw.com.
- No hotlinking. Don’t embed images straight from benstraw.com on other sites; share the page link, or upload your own copy.
Commercial use needs a licence
Any use that earns money or promotes a business, product or organisation needs a written licence first. That includes advertising and marketing, products and merchandise, selling the photos in any form, publications, client work and stock libraries.
No AI training
The photos and their titles, descriptions and other text may not be used to train, fine-tune or test machine-learning or generative-AI models, may not be added to datasets, and may not be used as input to generate new images, without a written licence that says so.
